Designation:
Executive - Home Acquisition

Responsibilities:

To generate potential Business leads (Vacation Homes) for the organization.
Assist to devise activations, events & marketing campaigns for generation of leads & execution of the same.
Assist in creating a strong referral model to generate leads for new Homes.
Assist team leads at meetings, screen & pitch business concepts, support in closure of deals.
To be the Relationship Manager for Homeowners.

Requirements:

Proven experience in being Target oriented.
Willingness and capability to be on the field to scout and generate leads.
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills.
Willingness to hustle is a must as well.

Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree in Business/Management/Hospitality

Work Experience: 1-3 years of functional experience in Business Development/Sales
