Description
Should have thorough knowledge of drafting, vetting of contracts and skill for negotiating contract

with client legal team

  • Should possess good communication skills & analytical thinking and should be well versed with
Arbitration proceeding and also represent the Company at Arbitration.

  • Responsible for ensuring compliance with Company Act, Information Technology Law, labour laws
as may be applicable

  • Coordinate with Advocates/Counsel on behalf of the Company in respect of Court Case and keeping Status tracker and updating management on monthly basis
  • Issue and respond to Legal Notices, coordinate with Bank and other agency on behalf of company
  • Responsible for ensuring practice of good corporate governance and upholding highest standards of ethics, integrity and compliance.
  • Working on Process drafting, drafting of compliance calendar, creation of calendar events and checklists.
  • Drafting of Board and General meetings minutes, organizing and preparing notices, agenda and minutes, etc. of meetings, ESOP grant letters, maintaining and updating all statutory books, registers, records, filings of forms, returns, documents, on interface with ROC
  • Assisting and providing legal support to all functions, HR, Finance and Board of director management on the various contracts, legal & secretarial matters
  • Learning about Financial and IT control processes and help in implementation of their audit trails.
  • Collect disclosures, consents etc. required under the Company Law from Directors and submit before Board

Salary:
₹10, ₹36,256.53 per month
