Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients in the residential real estate sector.
- Conduct property tours, providing accurate and detailed information to clients while addressing their queries and concerns.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring optimal pricing and terms for both the company and the client.
- Stay updated with market trends, property values, and competition in the real estate industry.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the sales process, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any field or a related discipline.
- Proven track record of successful sales experience in the residential real estate sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Sound knowledge of the Bangalore real estate market, including property types, pricing, and regulations.
- Selfmotivated and targetdriven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
