Customer Care Executive
Location:
Hebbal, Bangalore
Experience:
Min 6 Months
Qualification:
Graduate or Under Graduate
Language:
Hindi & English
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling customer queries on E-mails and Chat
- Educate current and potential customers with product and service information
- Maintain accurate customer records
- Actively participate in team meetings
- Have Basic Computer Knowledge.
- Excellent spoken Communication Skills.
- 2 dose Vaccination is Mandatory for interview.
Salary:
₹15, ₹23,000.00 per month
