    Description

    Simpencil is Hiring for Lead Content Writer

    Designation: Lead Content Writer

    Experience: 3 to 5 years

    Reports to: Product Manager

    Location: Bangalore

    Job Type: Full-time, Work from Office (Onsite)

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Conducting in-depth research on industry-related topics in order to develop original content.
    • Create and edit content for blogs, articles, product descriptions, social media posts/campaigns, email campaigns and the company website.
    • Proofreading content for errors and inconsistencies.
    • Editing and polishing existing content to improve readability.
    • Write coherent copy that motivates, inspires, educates, informs, sells, and provides information, across a wide variety of digital platforms.
    • Write content that performs well in internet search results.
    • Carry out ongoing research within your industry to stay up to date with trends.
    • Write script and work with graphic designers to create graphics and videos that help support your written content.

    Skills required:

    • Impeccable grasp of the English language, including idioms and current trends in slang and expressions
    • Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to communicate with clients, colleagues, and management.
    • Proven content writing or copywriting experience
    • Proficiency with computers, especially writing programs, such as Google Docs and Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
    • Familiarity with each client's requirements and the company's brand image, products, and services
    • Ability to work independently with little or no daily supervision.
    • The ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
