Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage all production activities within the diaper manufacturing facility.
Coordinate with the planning department to ensure production schedules are met efficiently.
Train, mentor, and motivate production staff to achieve optimal performance and meet production targets.
Monitor production processes to identify and resolve any issues that may arise during manufacturing.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery to ensure proper functioning and maintenance.
Collaborate with quality control personnel to ensure that products meet the required quality standards.
Analyze production data and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
Communicate effectively with other departments such as maintenance, logistics, and procurement to ensure smooth operations.
Prepare and maintain production reports, including production metrics, inventory levels, and personnel performance evaluations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field. (preferred)
Proven experience in a production management role within the manufacturing industry, preferably in diaper manufacturing or related consumer goods.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team of production staff.
Excellent problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment used in diaper production.
Understanding of safety regulations and quality standards applicable to manufacturing operations.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using computer software for production planning and reporting.
Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to changing production demands.
