Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for all inquiries, requests, and concerns.
  • Understand clients' needs and objectives to provide personalized solutions and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure timely delivery of products or services and alignment with client expectations.
  • Monitor client accounts and activities, proactively identifying opportunities to upsell or crosssell additional products or services.
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports and updates to clients, summarizing key metrics, progress, and results achieved.
  • Handle client complaints and escalations professionally, working to find satisfactory resolutions and prevent recurrence.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitors' activities to provide informed insights and recommendations to clients.
  • Assist in the onboarding of new clients, guiding them through the setup process and providing training as needed.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes, streamline operations, and enhance the overall client experience.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in client servicing, account management, or customer support roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Strong problemsolving abilities, with a focus on finding effective solutions and driving results.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment, while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in client servicing and relationship management.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work independently or as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude, resilience, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to clients.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and events, as required.

Salary:
₹18, ₹20,000.00 per month

  • Day shift
  • Morning shift
  • Weekend availability
