Description

We are looking for energetic and passionate Escalation Desk Executives to join our clients team (Broking & Financial Services) in Thane.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer escalations in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide prompt resolution for customer complaints
  • Ensure customers receive updated information on their queries
  • Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions
  • Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues
  • Monitor customer feedback and provide suggestions for improvement
  • Identify areas for process improvement
  • Follow up with customers to ensure resolution of their queries

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's Degree in any field
  • Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service in a broking firm or a similar role
  • Excellent communication, problemsolving and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in using MS Office

Pay:
₹20, ₹250,000.00 per month
