Job Description: Enrollment Advisor
Department: Sales
Location: Trichy
Age Limit: Minimum 23, Maximum 30
Purpose: To bring revenue to the organization, meeting monthly targets, and adhering to quality guidelines.
Summary: As an Enrollment Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for students, guiding them through the admission process and ensuring successful enrollment. Your primary responsibilities include communicating with assigned contacts, convincing prospective students to enroll in programs, and facilitating the payment process. You will report to the Manager/Team Leader and play a crucial role in revenue generation.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact for students and guide them through all stages of the enrollment process until payment is received.
  
• Use effective methods to filter out prospects and collect necessary documents for admission.
  
• Prioritize and communicate with leads on time.
  
• Generate eligibility letters through the admissions team.
  
• Obtain remittance copies of initial payments from students and convert leads into contacts.
  
• Ensure accurate and efficient handling of admission-related tasks.
  
• Communicate with leads promptly and effectively, providing them with necessary information and guidance.
  
• Coordinate with the admissions team to facilitate the enrollment process smoothly.
  
• Prioritize and manage assigned contacts efficiently.
  
• Generate requests for eligibility letters from the admissions team.
  
• Close leads if they are not prospective clients during the initial call.
  

Requirements

Desired: Bachelor's degree
Mandatory: Any undergraduate degree

Experience:
Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in the sales industry with excellent communication skills.

Competencies:
Technical Competencies:
Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel for documentation purposes.Ability to draft professional emails.
Experience in handling Zoom meetings.
Familiarity with using WhatsApp for communication.
Proficient in handling phones for inbound and outbound calls.
