Purpose:To bring revenue to the organization meeting monthly targets andadhering to qualityguidelines.
Summary:As an Enrollment Advisor you will be the first point of contact forstudents guiding them through the admission process and ensuringsuccessful enrollment. Your primary responsibilities includecommunicating with assigned contacts convincing prospectivestudents to enroll in programs and facilitating the paymentprocess. You will report to the Manager/Team Leader and play acrucial role in revenuegeneration.

Responsibilities:

• Serveas the primary contact for students and guide them through allstages of the enrollment process until payment isreceived.
  
• Use effectivemethods to filter out prospects and collect necessary documents foradmission.
  
• Prioritize andcommunicate with leads ontime.
  
• Generate eligibility lettersthrough the admissions team.
  
• Obtainremittance copies of initial payments from students and convertleads into contacts.
  
• Ensure accurateand efficient handling of admissionrelatedtasks.
  
• Communicate with leadspromptly and effectively providing them with necessary informationand guidance.
  
• Coordinate with theadmissions team to facilitate the enrollment processsmoothly.
  
• Prioritize and manageassigned contactsefficiently.
  
• Generate requests foreligibility letters from the admissionsteam.
  
• Close leads if they are notprospective clients during the initialcall.
  

Requirements

Desired:Bachelors degree
Mandatory: Anyundergraduatedegree

Experience:
Minimum6 months to 2 years of experience in the sales industry withexcellent communicationskills.

Competencies:
TechnicalCompetencies:
Proficiency in MSWord and MS Excel for documentationpurposes.Ability to draft professionalemails.
Experience in handlingZoom meetings.
Familiarity withusing WhatsApp forcommunication.
Proficient inhandling phones for inbound and outboundcalls.
