Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Experience with compensation and contract negotiations
Exceptional ability to be a player & mentor while driving recruiting results
Expertise in the core principles, practices and procedures related to recruiting and staffing
A passion for learning, leadership and continued education
Excellent organizational, followup, and multitasking skills.
Excellent PC skills (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
Excellent communication and presentation skill
Proactive attitude and work ethic

Requirements:

World Wide Technology India PVT. Ltd (WWT) has an opportunity available for a
Recruiter,
US Staffing. We are looking for seasoned US IT Recruiters who are
currently based out of Pune or Bengaluru.

Role:
Recruiter (US Staffing)

Location:
Bangalore or Pune only (Applicants can work remote from either one of the cities)

Important - We need applicants who are currently in either Bengaluru or Pune only

Work timings - Flexible to support CST (6:30 PM IST to 3:30 AM IST) / PST (8:30 PM IST to 5:30 AM IST)

Essential Functions

Helps support the company's overall recruiting efforts, which include onsite recruiting, internet recruiting and employee referrals.
Responsible for learning and executing on WWT recruitment and staffing initiatives

Coordinates with resource managers to fulfil the business needs.

Coordinates and conducts prescreening, technical interviews with resource managers.
Expertise in US Visa (GC, H1B, L1, EAD, OPT, CPT) & Tax norms (W2, C2C, 1099) is mandatory
Proactively researches and evaluates new sourcing ideas and methods to create innovative sourcing strategies
