Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Job Description:

Provide support and in-depth troubleshooting to all issues related to the SCCM Deployments and patching activity.
Extensive hands-on experience in SCCM Client installation, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
Management of Compliance Settings by creating and importing Configuration Items (CI).
General monitoring of site health via SSRS, log files, and the SCCM console.
Create, update, and maintain windows OS images for Enterprise use.
Strong knowledge in building custom Task Sequences, troubleshooting and debugging.
Strong knowledge in Windows 10 & 11 in-place upgrades in large enterprise environments.
Create and maintain driver packages for supported systems (Dell Desktops/Laptops).
Experience in best practices of image optimization for Windows 10 and 11.
Expertise in troubleshooting OS imaging related issues, hardware, and driver issues.
Experience in PowerShell scripting for automating custom tasks in Image deployment.
Maintain documentation of the activities and having checklists for the various tasks in their respective area of responsibility.
