Required Assistant Teacher

Job Responsibility
-
Classroom Support: Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and educational activities. This may involve helping students with tasks, providing one-on-one support, or leading small group activities.

Student Supervision: Monitor students during classroom activities, transitions, and recess to ensure their safety and well-being. Assist with managing student behavior and enforcing classroom rules and procedures.

Instructional Assistance: Provide instructional support by reinforcing concepts introduced by the lead teacher. Assist students with assignments, projects, and homework, offering explanations and guidance as needed.

Material Preparation: Assist in preparing teaching materials, including worksheets, visual aids, and classroom displays. Help set up learning centers and organize educational resources to enhance the learning environment.

Assessment Support: Assist with student assessment by administering tests, quizzes, and other evaluations under the supervision of the lead teacher. Help grade assignments and maintain accurate records of student progress.

Communication: Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues. Relay important information about student progress, behavior, and academic needs to the lead teacher and parents as necessary.

Special Needs Support: Provide additional support to students with special needs or learning disabilities, including assisting with accommodations, modifications, and individualized education plans (IEPs).

Classroom Management: Assist in maintaining a positive and orderly classroom environment conducive to learning. Help with tasks such as taking attendance, distributing materials, and organizing classroom supplies.

Professional Development: Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay updated on best practices in education. Collaborate with the lead teacher and other staff members to improve instructional strategies and student outcomes.

Cultural Sensitivity: Foster an inclusive and culturally responsive learning environment that respects and celebrates diversity. Support students from diverse backgrounds and contribute to creating a welcoming and supportive classroom community.

Salary:
₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
