Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Executive.

The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for providing online and technical support to customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing excellent customer service.


Qualifications

  • Customer Support, Technical Support, and Online Support skills
  • Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to handle difficult situations and resolve customer issues
  • Ability to work in a team and under pressure
  • Experience with CRM software is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in any field

Pay:
₹15, ₹42,000.00 per month
