Salary:
INR 43,700 in hand + Variable Pay up to INR 5,000 (Performance-Linked Incentives) / INR 50,000 CTC per month / INR 6 LPA

Responsibilities:

Handle chargeback and fraud analysis for US/UK banking voice process.

Investigate and resolve chargeback claims by analyzing transaction data and supporting documentation.

Review and assess potential fraudulent activities and take appropriate actions to prevent financial loss.

Collaborate with internal teams to identify areas for process improvement and optimize fraud prevention strategies.

Maintain accurate records and documentation related to chargeback cases and investigations.

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer queries and concerns related to chargebacks and fraud.

Requirements:

Minimum 6 Months of experience as a Chargeback/Fraud/ Dispute in a US/UK banking voice process.

Strong knowledge of chargeback processes, fraud prevention techniques, and industry best practices.

Familiarity with banking regulations and compliance procedures.

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns and trends

Effective communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams.

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
