    Description

    Role Overview :


    We are looking for an experienced Project Manager/Scrum Master who will be responsible for managing our development scrum teams and assist our clients in delivering value.

    This is a client facing role.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, agile methodologies, and team leadership.

    You will work closely with our front-end developers, back-end developers, test engineers, and DevOps team to ensure the successful delivery of our projects.


    Key Responsibilities :

    • Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
    • Work closely with client product owners to prioritize backlog items and ensure alignment with business goals.
    • Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
    • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure ontime delivery within budget.
    • Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies that may impact project delivery.
    • Foster a collaborative and highperforming team culture by promoting transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
    • Provide coaching and mentorship to team members on Agile practices and principles.
    • Act as a servant leader and advocate for the team, removing obstacles and facilitating communication to ensure smooth project execution.
    • Track project progress and performance metrics, and report on key milestones and deliverables to stakeholders.
    • Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance team productivity and :
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
    • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
    • Proven experience managing Agile development teams in a fastpaced environment.
    • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and principles.
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and problemsolving skills.
    • Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams and client.
    • Experience working with frontend, backend developers, test engineers, and DevOps teams.
    • Experience with Cloud (AWS, Azure)
    • Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools.
    • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and drive results in a dynamic environment.
    • Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes and practices.
    • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools is a plus.)
