Responsibilities:

• Create engaging training materials, including presentations, handouts, and practical exercises.
• Continuously update training content to reflect the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
• Provide personalized coaching and mentoring to trainees, helping them achieve their learning objectives and career goals.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and implement improvements as needed.
• Collaborate with other trainers and team members to ensure consistency and quality in training programs.
• Stay uptodate with the latest developments in digital marketing and actively participate in relevant industry events and forums.
• Maintain accurate records of training activities and trainee progress.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field, or completion of a digital marketing course.
• Up to 6 months of experience in digital marketing or a related field.
• Strong passion for learning and staying updated with the latest digital marketing trends.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to mentor and guide trainees with patience and empathy.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills.
