Our Clientele:


As a Digital Creative Strategist Lead, you will lead the charge in shaping and executing innovative digital strategies across diverse industries.

You will take on a multifaceted role, overseeing creative duties on multiple brands, managing a team of junior creatives.

You will be responsible for ensuring the creative work meets award-winning standards and actively participating in the entire production process, from ideation to the final product.


Responsibilities:


Creative Leadership:

  • Execute creative duties across various brands, including campaign planning, ideation, scriptwriting, and copywriting.
  • Lead and manage a team of junior creative resources in both design and copy, providing direction for execution.
  • Serve as a strategic thinker, prolific writer, and storyteller, offering a unique lens to view the world and its actions.

Collaboration and Campaign Ideation:

  • Work closely with the Campaign team to contribute to creative ideation
  • Present comprehensive creative plans and narrate scripts to clients for campaigns.
  • Maintain sociopolitical awareness and stay uptodate with pop culture to infuse relevance into creative strategies.

Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:

  • Coordinate daily with the Digital Ads Team on tasks ranging from ad creatives to annual campaign strategies.
  • Provide visual direction to the graphic design team based on your creative concepts.
  • Actively consume various forms of copy and content to stay informed and inspired.

Efficient Process Management:

  • Break down briefs for junior creatives to streamline the creative process.
  • Set and adhere to practical timelines that balance ideation, finesse, and client goals.
  • Demonstrate team management skills and accountability in guiding junior creatives through project milestones.

Active Involvement in Production:

  • Be actively present throughout the production process, ensuring quality from ideation to the final product for events, shoots, posts, and other creative articulations.
  • Implement the experience in working with Google, Meta, and LinkedIn ads to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Thorough Research and Industry Awareness:

  • Conduct indepth research on brands, competition, and target audiences, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of brand needs.
  • Stay uptodate with developments in the field and remain fully aware of news and online trends.
  • Through proactive ideation, build client rapport and demonstrate creative leadership in campaign strategy planning.

Requirements:


  • A deep understanding of digital advertising platforms, particularly Google, Meta, and LinkedIn ads.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating a track record of creative excellence and leadership.
  • Proficiency in scriptwriting, copywriting, and campaign planning.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts to clients and internal teams.
  • Proven experience in team management and accountability.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Marketing, Communications, Creative Writing) preferred.
