Qualification:
Diploma in plastic or B.Sc.

Experience: 3 to 5 Years

Number of Position: 01


Salary: 2.5 to 4 LPA


  • Monitoring the QA Inspectors activities and their shift schedules.
  • Maintaining all records that comply with the QEHS Standard Procedures.
  • Participation in regular Internal Audits on the QEHS systems.
  • Engagement in all laboratory activities such as testing, calibration, COA, etc.
  • Arrange and establish training program (on-job or external) for QA inspectors
  • Instruct, supervise and guide QA inspectors as and when required.
  • Ensure that the in-process standards check methods are followed by Production and
evaluate
On-Hold rolls regularly.

  • Compile various reports viz. Production, QA etc. if any, from time to time.
  • Ensure the dispatch/courier of samples as asked by the Sales department.
  • Keep an inventory of QA instruments, accessories etc.
  • Prepare annual calibration plan of equipment's. Review and verify the calibration certificate
issued by external calibration agency.

  • Ensure non-compliance or defects are properly communicated to production; also ensure
the corrective actions are properly carried out by authorized personnel from related
department.

  • Monitor pest control service provider and ensure their services rendering as per given
schedule. Also, collect and verify the insect analysis report from time to time.

  • Patrolling and inspecting the in-process product quality.
  • Verify and cross check the dispatch products against COA. Also, ensure the COA is certified
and approved by QA Head before dispatch of FG.

  • Maintain All Shade cards approved by the Customer.
  • Maintain all Internal & External standards.
  • Any other job or assignment, if any, as directed by QA Head.
  • Identify areas for continual improvement.
  • Prepare Monthly Quality reports.
