Customer Support Executive
We are looking for a
Customer Success Executive to provide hassle-free experience to our patients.

She / He will work closely with the Customer Success Manager and other team members as the first point of contact for prospective as well as existing customers/Patients.

The customer office executive will answer and direct incoming calls to appropriate individuals.

Perform specified routine procedures such as greeting and referring patients, answering routine/administrative inquiries, and general office support activities as appropriate.

Primary Responsibilities would include -

Provide customers with accurate information about Saaol's products and services
Investigate and resolve customer issues and complaints, escalating to higherlevel support as needed
Resolve Patients/customers' concerns and answer customers' questions in a professional & positive manner.
Attend customer queries in a timely and accurate way.
Maintain accurate and uptodate customer records in the company's CRM system
Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed

We are looking for someone who has -

1+ years of experience in Telecalling, BPO or similar role is preferred, Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome.
Good command over MS Word, MS Excel and Office Working Tools.
Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
Strong problemsolving and analytical skills
Good verbal and written communication skills in English & Hindi.
Should be an extrovert and enjoy connecting with people.
High level of empathy while dealing with customers
Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
