• Should have good technical knowledge.
• Responsible for endtoend hiring: Sourcing, interviewing, salary negotiation, and closing
• Should have experience in using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, etc) and other
• Ability to work independently and multitask in a fastpaced environment.
• Excellent sourcing skills.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as an HR recruiter.

• Proficiency in English.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
• Experience with sourcing techniques.
• Selfmotivated with a resultsdriven approach.
