As a rapidly growing company, we are seeking a talented
Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team at PyjamaHR.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our brand's visual identity and create compelling designs that resonate with our target audience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to understand design requirements and create visually engaging graphics for various digital and print mediums.
Design and maintain the visual aspects of our brand, ensuring consistency across all platforms and materials.
Produce eyecatching visuals and illustrations for blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and other content assets.
Assist in the creation and editing of videos, animations, and multimedia elements to support marketing initiatives.
Stay updated on design trends and industry best practices to ensure our visual content remains fresh and innovative.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to brainstorm ideas, provide design input, and contribute to the overall creative process.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to deadlines while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
Proven 12 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in a SaaS or tech company.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
Ability to translate complex ideas into visually appealing and easily understandable designs.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including both digital and print materials.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively present and articulate design concepts.

Knowledge of HTML/CSS and experience designing for responsive web design is a plus.
A proactive and collaborative attitude with a passion for creating exceptional designs that align with the company's brand and vision.
