- Beheren, activeren en optimaliseren van accounts;

- Dagelijks overleg met andere commerciële afdelingen en General Managers van de hotels om de belangen van klanten en gasten te behartigen;
- Efficiënt bijhouden van activiteiten en resultaten in het CRM en andere rapportages;
- Verdedigen van klantprestaties en proactief voorstellen doen voor activiteiten op basis van resultaten;
- Bijdragen aan teamwork door collega's te ondersteunen en te stimuleren.

De hotels zijn strategisch gelegen in Amsterdam, Schiphol/Hoofddorp, Utrecht, Den Haag, Rotterdam en Arnhem, onder franchiseovereenkomsten met IHG and Hilton.
