Identification of issues in Travel, Expenses and Invoice processing and providing resolution for moderately complex issues.

Manage the transition of customers from implementation to Production Support. Act as the Project Lead on joint CTE Projects being the point of contact for the client on project issues and escalations

Setting up T&E corporate credit cards, travel / company issued AMEX cards for the end users. Delivering world-class support to the customer and strictly adhere to service level agreements.

Providing SAP Concur Application Implementation, Configuration, Development, and Application Support

Developing training documents and KB articles

Training end users, and business users.

Having an extra responsibly of a Problem Manager for all SAP and non-SAP Applications
