_Process Developer, Record to Report_

_We require someone with extensive knowledge and experience in General Accounting. _

_Responsibilities_:

_In this role, you will be responsible for all the activities related to general accounting which include:_

_Month End Closing process and Reconciliations (Key & Non Key)_

_ _

_Standard, Non Standard & recurring J/Es (incl. accruals, prepaid, deferrals, leases) _

_Posting and documenting and tracking approvals _

_Recording volumes and finalizing SLAs_

_ _

_Initial P&L reviews (e.g. trend analyses), detailed reporting analyses and Audit Support _

_ _

_Good written and verbal communications skills to communicate with external parties_

_ _

_Good analytical and problem solving skills_

_ _

_Foreign Client handling_

_ _

_Relevant experience_

_Preferred qualifications _:

_Relevant Experience in reputed Captive/Outsourcing RTR Ops_

_MS Excel Knowledge, Pivot, VLOOKUP, Macros_

_IT skills:
ERP (PeopleSoft/SAP/Oracle/Workday Financial), MS Office_

_Stakeholder Management experience_

_Quality Lean/Process Improvement knowledge_
