We are currently looking for a Service Support Coordinator who will assist both internal and external clients by managing and executing service contracts, addressing billing concerns, handling time and material charges, as well as processing quotes and orders.

In this position, your responsibilities will include:

  • Create renewal and warranty conversion quotes and book service agreements and one-time service billings.
  • Process quotes and book agreements for Full Care Program.
  • Investigate and resolve all customer billing and invoicing issues promptly.
  • Provide timely follow-up and feedback on all customer matters.
  • Maintain effective communication with customers, sales, and service teams to ensure accurate billing and contract renewals.
  • Contribute to team objectives by achieving relevant outcomes as required.

The necessary qualifications for this role are:

  • Minimum high school diploma, although college education is preferred.
  • Around years of prior experience in Customer Service.
  • Previous experience in contract administration or legal field is advantageous.

Having prior experience in the following areas would be a bonus:

  • Effective interpersonal skills for managing customer issues, fostering relationships, and encouraging collaboration.
  • Ability to multitask and quickly adapt to new job responsibilities and functions.
