Responsibilities:


Outbound Calls:

Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our formwork solutions, understand their needs, and explain the benefits of our products.


Lead Generation:
Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, follow-ups, and other lead generation activities.


Product Knowledge:

Acquire in-depth knowledge of the formwork products and services offered by the company to effectively communicate features and advantages to potential clients.


Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing accurate information, addressing inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.


Achieving Targets:
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the sales management team.


Database Management:
Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information obtained during calls.


Feedback and Reporting:
Provide feedback on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities. Prepare regular reports on call activities, lead generation, and sales performance.


Collaboration:
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to implement strategies for business growth.


Qualifications:


Education:

Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor's degree in business or a related field is a plus.


Experience:

Proven experience as a telecaller or similar customer service/sales role. Experience in the construction or formwork industry is highly desirable.


Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and local languages. Ability to articulate product features and benefits clearly.


Persuasion Skills:
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to convert leads into potential clients.


Target-Driven:
Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.


Team Player:
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.


Computer Skills:
Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.
