Requirements:

• Obtain a high school degree or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a telecaller or similar.
• Completing a sales training program is preferred.
• Computer literate.
• Exposure to various perspectives, cultural norms, and experiences.
• Excellent verbal communication.
• Flexible communication style.
• Excellent interpersonal, research, and recordkeeping skills.

Ability to accept criticism without internalizing it.
