identifying vacancies, posting open jobs, screening, interviewing, and matching the applicant with open positions, background and reference checks, extending offerings, and employee onboarding- ⇨ Recruitment Drive:
Successfully plan & conduct recruitment drives to close maximum positions.
⇨ Compensation negotiation as per company grids and closing the position within TAT.
⇨ Interacting with business and delivery to better understand the requirement and skill sets.
⇨ Follow up for Documents ⇨ Offer Generation, Appointment Letters & Increment Letters
⇨ Organizing Induction for employees on their first day of joining ensuring all processes related to the induction are running smoothly.
⇨ Assisting the HR Business Partner Team in managing the entire gamete of HR activities from joining to exit formalities for employees at all levels for four key businesses Operations, Sales, Information Technology and Quality Service Excellence and Innovation.
⇨ Assisting employees to resolve their hr related queries such as leave, attendance, employee grievances, salary related queries etc.
⇨ Raising bills related to expenses incurred for various events pertaining to employee engagement, vendor management for events at work place.
⇨ Managing attrition database and dashboard for talent acquisition and management.
⇨ Preparing & maintaining various MIS reports.
⇨ Build relationship with campus placement teams and faculty representatives to facilitate the campus program across PAN India

Human Resource Manager, We are looking for a Human Resources Manager that is committed to recruiting top talent and providing our staff members with exceptional work experience
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Manages talent acquisition process, including sourcing, testing, interviewing hiringn,,g and onboarding.
- Keeps job descriptions uptodate and accurate.
Develops training and performance management program that ensures all employees are familiar with their job responsibilities, as well as relevant legal and safety requirements.
- Creates and updates compensation strategy through market analysis and pay surveys.
- Handles investigation and resolution of employee issues, concerns, and conflicts.
- Ensures all employment practices comply with federal, state, and local regulations Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Labor Relation,s or Business
- Demonstrated effectiveness in written and verbal communication
Salary:
₹30, ₹60,000.00 per month

License/Certification:
- Professional in Human Resources (preferred)
