Your Day-to Day:

Study design briefs and conceptualize visuals based on requirements
Prepare rough designs/concepts for iteration, present ideas, test graphics across various media and amend designs after feedback.
Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software using the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic.
Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and onbrand.
Work with the Marketing team and Project team to understand the requirements and translate it into graphic visuals.
Design the final graphics using digital creative software such as Adobe Suite.
You will be required to design a wide range of graphical content such as Illustrations, Posters, Banners, Social Media Creatives, Social Media Ad Images, logos, Presentations, Brochures etc.
Be open to feedback and take it constructively.

What you will bring to the team:

Proven graphic designing experience of 2+ years.
A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as Adobe Creative Cloud/ Affinity, Sketch/ Figma & PowerPoint)
A keen eye for aesthetics and details. Understanding color theory.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
Degree in Design, Fine Arts or a related field is a plus.
