    Description

    Responsible for doing technical site survey along with the Business team before finalizing the project and

    preparing/ discussing the data as per the site conditions to ensure smooth fit out to the team.

    Support in shortlisting and obtaining sites for the new outlets under the Expansion projects.

    Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements

    Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities

    Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to

    budgetary limitations

    Discussed design ideas & created designs for various projects in compliance with development regulations

    Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met.

    Preparing the Project fit out schedule preparation within stipulated time with respect to site fit out

    activity. Create Site measurement report and explain the same to project site Managers / supervisor for

    recording works executed measurement for each and every item as per civil interior and electrical BOQ /

    Work order.

    Coordinated with Architectural Consultants, Structural Consultants and different agencies for

    accomplishing the project activities on time & within quality parameters

    Perform functions like site supervision, coordination and review of survey

    Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies

    Worked towards the allocation of duties to Foreman and provided clarification on technical aspects

    Supervise the work of laborers, mechanics etc. and give them guidance when needed

    Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports

    Establishing a construction Schedule, Safety and Quality Management for the Projects.

    Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues

    Prepared the following:

    1) Weekly & monthly progress reports

    2) Material quantities required for procurement

    3) Detailed quantity of items in provided drawings

    4) Monthly Bills and Payments for Subcontractors and Suppliers

    Implementing and managing the change when necessary to meet project outputs.

    Preparing the site readiness checklist before inviting the operation department for project handover and

    site handover documentation along with all attached asset lists.

    Handing over the projects to OPS team with zero snag list on targeted date
