Job Title : Project Manager

Job Designation: Project Manager Job Type: Permanent Location: PAN Job Function: Technical Experience: 3 years to 7 years

Eligibility Criteria :

Educational Qualifications

Graduation (Full time) from any course.

Experience

3 years to 4 years of experience in handling site projects and handling a team.

Basic Skills Required :

Highly proficient in MS Excel
Team Handling
Project Management
MS Access and/or VBA skills are desirable.

Roles and Responsibilities :

Coordinate with cross-functional project teams to create and administer project plans, reports, and schedules.
Data entry, review, and process of project forms & deliverable documents.
Maintain project trackers and 3rd party tracking databases.
Analyze risks and opportunities.
Ensure standards and requirements are met by conducting quality assurance tests.
Attend internal calls, and assist in administrative preparation, as needed.
Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to the project team.
Coordinating with the Accounting, Purchasing, and Accounts Payable teams on process improvement and efficiencies where appropriate.
Prepare project reports and deliver them to the project staff.
