Product Support Executive - Pune, India - Practice League
Description
We are looking for smart, passionate members with good communication skills for our product support team.As part of the product support team, you will resolve client issues, provide them with assistance in configuring and using our products.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent Client service in a proactive, timely and efficient manner.
- Take ownership of client issues and ensure to resolve them within the allocated SLA
- Interact with users to understand the issues in detail and document it
- Collaborate with internal teams and represent the clients while figuring out solutions and workarounds.
- Conduct training sessions for end users on various features and releases
- Assist clients configure the product as per their process requirements
Technical and Soft Skills requirements:
- 36 Years of experience in software product support / client facing roles
- Prior work experience in SaaS product companies is an added advantage
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Approachability and understanding sensitivity of client issues
- Good team working skills and ability to collaborate with internal teams as well as end clients.
- Openness to understand new technologies and tools
