Safety is a top priority for the
DCS Operator that overrides production and schedule considerations.

  • Controlling Distillation columns, compressors, purifying towers, heat exchangers and related equipment to extract Nitrogen, Oxygen, and Argon from air for industrial and therapeutic use.
  • Efficiently operating computers SCADA, PLC and PID controllers following safety rules and maintain close adherence to the safety, environment and quality requirements.
  • Develop effective monitoring of plant utilities and plant power specific to optimize production cost.
  • Involve in overhaul and preventive maintenance of turbo machines including Centrifugal Compressor, Expansion Turbine, pumps, heat exchangers, control valves etc.
  • Performing operation of Cryogenic Pumps and Cryogenic Liquid storage as well as handling loading and unloading of cryogenic products into bulk transports.
  • Managing Cooling towers, Water Treatment Plants (Reverse Osmosis) and checking quality of the cooling water for the required TDS, pH, Hardness

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Salary:
₹250, ₹500,000.00 per year
