Qua is a technology-driven womenswear brand that is committed to elevating modern women. We are looking for a keen and dedicated OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE to join our team.


Responsibilities

  • Managing the endtoend process of daily orders and shipments
  • Maintaining and updating product catalogs, including all product imagery and attributes, pricing, filters, promotional activity, and copy
  • Supporting inventory management, liaising with internal teams to ensure stock availability and accurate forecasting
  • Marketplace Management: Oversee and help manage our company's presence on various ecommerce marketplaces, such as Nykaa, Tata Cliq, and others.
  • Monitoring and reporting on key ecommerce metrics, using insights to drive continuous improvement and inform future strategies
  • Conducting daily website audits to ensure that sites are optimized and performing to their full potential

Qualifications

  • At least 23 years of experience in ecommerce and marketplace management, preferably in the fashion/retail sector
  • Strong analytical skills to analyse data and identify trends with a good knowledge of Excel
  • Indepth experience with ecommerce platforms (ideally Shopify) and marketplaces (Nykaa, Tata Cliq, etc.)
  • Detailoriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to inform decisionmaking
  • Willingness to accept new responsibilities as the business grows

Salary:
₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
