Roles & Responsibilities

Work with the marketing department to get an understanding of the shortterm and longterm marketing targets and then develop content strategies accordingly.
Identify customers' needs in relation to the company and write content to cater to those needs.
Creating content that will catch maximum customer interest.
Create various forms of social media content—text captions, videos, and images—suitable for the various social media platforms, Twitter, Shorts, Reels, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that every piece of content is relevant and helps the company maximize engagement, reach, and sales.
Utilise various digital publishing platforms to create structured drafts
Create various content types(videos, articles, infographics) with relevant tone and style, adhering to the respective style guides.

Requirements & Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as organizational skills.
Skills to get into the details, proofread and edit content before publishing.
Ability to understand and cater to the needs of customers and discover the potential markets for the company.
Ability to communicate the message in simple and beautiful language which will attract an audience.
Excellent research, organisational, and time management skills.
Experience creating strong, engaging content.
Familiar with social media marketing algorithms.
Able to act in front of the camera and Create short videos for YouTube & social media.
