Description
Ø Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned territoryand accounts

Ø Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base

Ø Assign, delegate and manage different geographies internationally

Ø Develop new territories and generate enquiries and ensure orders from the same.

Ø Conducting Brand campaign programs at different geographies.

Ø Develop new agents, Installation and channel partners for different geographies.

Ø Ensure Marketing Material is made available to salespersons.

Ø Up gradation ideas for marketing material, branding etc.

Ø Ensure promotions and exhibitions happen in specific geographies as targeted for growth by the management.

Ø Liaise with Consultants and partners to harness more leads.

Ø Train the sales team.

Ø Systemize the sales process

Ø Develop alliances and partnerships for allied products and technology transfers.

Ø Follow up with customers of myself and the team and their customers

Ø Travel consistently to self as well as regions assigned to team.


Ø Prepares forecasts and MIS reporting for the sales team, CRM, and upper management, for use in organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic planning.

Ø Keep know-how about competitors


Salary:
₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month

  • Mumbai, Mumbai Suburban , Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:


  • Business development: 1 year (preferred)
  • Lead generation: 1 year (preferred)

  • Nutraceutical or
Pharma Industry: 1 year (required)
