Role Architect

Role Definition We are looking for an experienced Architect, who can manage the quality of drawings and manage Industrial projects comfortably


Qualification
Graduate B.Arch. / Masters in Building Engineering Management / or similar - from recognized university.


Experience Upto 5 years of experience in similar job position


Requirements Artistic ability, vision and creativity


He / She should be very thorough with architectural and interior design standards along with sound knowledge of building services (Electrical, Plumbing, Air Conditioning and Fire Fighting).

Should be able to handle - 3 large scale projects with the support of jr. architects and engineers

Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude

He should be familiar with NBC & Building bye Laws

Good written and verbal communication skills


Preferences Dynamic & Active Personality

Should be staying within 40 to 45 minutes distance from South Extn, New Delhi


Responsibilities Ensuring the timely issuance of various drawings to the site for smooth execution of work with the help of architects, engineers and consultants.

Designing and release of drawings from Concept to GFC stage

Manage the quality of all drawings (prepared by self or assigned team) - Presentation,

Tender, Submission, GFC etc.

Report to Principal Architect with all project updates

Ensure proper Data Management

Co-ordination with sub consultants and follow ups with them for drawings/BOQ etc.

Accomplishing site visits in Delhi NCR & PAN India (1-2 days) for different projects and preparing relevant documentation including agenda, site visit reports and minutes of meetings
