Menu Planning and Creation:Developing menus that offer a diverse selection of Indian dishes catering to different tastes and dietary preferences
Incorporating seasonal ingredients and regional specialties into the menu
Food Presentation:Paying attention to the visual presentation of dishes, using techniques to create appealing and colorful arrangements
Hygiene and Safety:Following proper food safety and hygiene practices to ensure the safety and wellbeing of customers
Adaptability:Being open to adapting traditional recipes to modern culinary trends and dietary requirements
