Responsibilities:


Appointment Management:

Coordinate and manage the CEO's schedule, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.

Prioritize and optimize the CEO's calendar to ensure efficient use of time and resources.

Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to confirm appointments and resolve scheduling conflicts.


Interdepartmental Coordination:

Serve as a liaison between the CEO and other departments, facilitating communication and collaboration.

Coordinate workflow and tasks across departments to ensure seamless operations and timely completion of projects.

Act as a point of contact for department heads, addressing inquiries and providing support as needed.


Ad Hoc Administrative Support:

Assist with various administrative tasks, including but not limited to drafting correspondence, preparing reports, and organizing documents.

Anticipate the needs of the CEO and proactively address them to enhance productivity and efficiency.


Office Management:

Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.

Coordinate office maintenance and repairs, ensuring a clean and organized workspace.

Support the implementation of office policies and procedures to promote a positive work environment.
