Role & Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

Implement processes to enhance efficiency and team engagement within GTI India
Define, drive, and execute an effective communication and engagement strategy across all locations, levels and functions
Plan, coordinate the logistics and execute all Leadership meetings, offsites and events

Skills & Experience:

Experience at working both independently and in a teamoriented, collaborative environment
Ability to prioritize competing demands, meet deadlines and deliver quality output
High level of personal initiative, focus, resourcefulness and accountability
Taskorientated focus on detail and delivery.
Good interpersonal skills and stakeholder management
Experience in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint with working knowledge of SharePoint
