Job Overview:

As a Social Media Fresher, you will be responsible for creating and implementing social media strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.

You will be expected to have a deep understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and community management.

This is an entry-level position, ideal for recent graduates who are passionate about social media and looking to start their career in this field.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute social media strategies that align with the company's marketing and communication objectives.
Create engaging and relevant content for social media channels, including copywriting, graphics, and videos.
Manage and grow the company's social media presence, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Monitor social media channels and respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
Use social media analytics to measure and report on the performance of social media campaigns and adjust the strategies accordingly.
Stay uptodate with the latest trends and developments in social media and suggest new ideas and strategies to enhance the company's social media presence.
Work collaboratively with the marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure the alignment of social media activities with the overall business strategy.
Provide support for social media advertising campaigns, including audience targeting, ad creation, and budget management.

Requirements:

A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field.
Internships in social media/marketing will be an advantage.
Strong communication skills, including excellent writing and editing skills.
Familiarity with social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
Experience in creating and managing social media content and campaigns.
Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Strong attention to detail and timemanagement skills.
