Roles and Responsibilities:

• Overall in charge of the help desk for information flow to internal and external stakeholders.
• Updating of daily reports such as order, restocking and inventory sheets.
• Inform and coordinate with line manager regarding pending orders.
• Assist in the packing and dispatch of orders when needed.
• Assist with the planning and reordering of raw materials and packaging material.
• Aid in the maintenance of daily systems.
• Maintain excellent relationship with customers through handling queries over social media platforms on a daily basis.
• Any other duties as required by your line Manager

Person Specification

• Grooming, punctuality and discipline is mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English is mandatory.
• Multilingual is preferred
• Any experience in customer service and production is preferred.
• Tech savvy
• Quick learner
• Excellent excel skills and computer skills
• Organised and methodical
• Any experience with Shopify is ideal but not mandatory
• Ability to prioritise tasks efficiently
• Team player
• Efficient Time management skills
• Ability to ask and learn

Other

Minimum qualifications:
Graduate or above.

Punctuality and discipline are crucial.

On-the job training will be provided.

Salary:
₹180, ₹300,000.00 per year
