**Job brief:
- **We are looking for an Organic Marketing Specialist to manage all Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Social Media Management (SMM).


You will be responsible for managing all SEO & SMM activities such as content strategy, link building and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks.

You will also strategize and manage all SMM posting on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

**Responsibilities:

  • Optimizing content of Websites/Landing pages for search engine optimization.
  • Performing ongoing keyword research, including discovery and expansion of keyword opportunities.
  • Researching and implementing content recommendations for organic SEO success.
  • Execute tests, collecting and analysing data and results, and identifying trends and insights to achieve maximum results.
  • Track, report, and analyse website analytics for performance.
  • Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations.
  • Research and analyse competitor efforts and plan accordingly.
  • Develop and implement link building strategy.
  • Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code.
  • Work with creative and marketing teams to drive content creation and programming SEO & SMM.
  • Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking, and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
  • Conduct keyword research using various tools (like Google Keyword Planner and Ahref, Moz)
  • Perform competitive analysis and identify gaps in content or areas of improvement in the web design
  • Track important SEO metrics including organic traffic, conversion rates and time spent on page
  • Report on performance metrics comparing them to SEO goals and benchmarking data
  • Implement link building strategies and manage backlinks to build online authority
  • Follow SEO trends and stay uptodate with new tools and practices

Pay:
₹35, ₹45,000.00 per month
