We have Immediate Job opening for Admin Executive as below

Shift -Rotational

Job Location - Nandambakkam Chennai


Experience - 4-8 Years

Age Limit - Below 35

Should have good knowledge in Excel
Should have good communication Skills

Transportation in charge for internal and external cab bookings.

Handling employees grievances on high priority and need to ensure the cafeteria cleanliness

Handling Housekeeping team for day to day cleaning activities across the site.

Getting quotation from vendors for admin requirements - Vendor management.

Handling other general procurement tasks like stationeries, pantry supplies.

Acquire and POs preparation, follow-up on status. Dealing with queries relating to invoice checking and supplier on time payment follow.
