Agile Leadership:

Coach, mentor, and lead multiple software development teams in adopting Agile principles, values, and practices.

Scrum Events Facilitation:

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as Daily Standup, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective for multiple teams.
Ensure that teams are adhering to Agile ceremonies and that they are conducted efficiently.

Team Empowerment:

Foster a culture of selforganization and crossfunctional collaboration within software teams.
Remove impediments and roadblocks to help teams achieve their goals.

Collaboration and Communication:

Promote collaboration between multiple software development teams, encouraging knowledge sharing and coordination.
Ensure alignment on project priorities and dependencies across teams.

Agile Coach:

Act as an Agile evangelist, helping teams and stakeholders understand and embrace Agile principles and practices.
Assist teams in refining and improving their software development processes.
Extending help on the progress of multiple software projects, using Agile metrics and tools.

Continuous Improvement:

Encourage a culture of continuous improvement within software teams.
Facilitate Sprint Retrospectives and support teams in implementing improvements.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication of requirements and priorities to the development teams.

Salary:
₹1,000, ₹1,800,000.00 per year
