Description
Plan, manage & execute a strategy to achieve collection targets.- Ensure collection targets are met as per time schedule.
- Maintain a record of all settled agreements made with the customers.
- Update reports in software for review by the supervisor/management.
- Analyze client visits on a daily basis and update the database.
- Follow up clients and maintain a log book.
