RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Make sales calls to assigned customers Doctors, Chemist, Corporate Hospital & Standalone Nursing Home With ICU facilities
  • Promotion of unique and patented brands to Doctor ,Nurses, Hospital Administrator & Pharmacies
  • Educate Nureses, other support staff on brand usage and safety
  • Ensure availability of brands ,personal order booking, follow up on delivery
  • Execute and support various educational /promotional activities in various defined locations Doctors as per the company's product promotion strategy.
  • Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, and other promotional activities.
  • Resolve customer complaints by due representation to management to help investigate problems, develop solutions.
  • Complete and submit daily reports on customer visit and POB, pending sales delivery and activity reports: additionally, there will be monthly stock statement and other reports as desired by the management.
  • Timely carry out surveys as per management direction.

REQUIREMENTS:


  • Three to 4 years of relevant work experience in Healthcare and/Pharma segment preferable corporate hospital exposure
  • Graduate in Science or Degree in Pharmacy with experience
  • Proven sales performance record is essential.
  • Good Communication (verbal), presentation, negotiation skills, persuasion and salesmanship
  • Highly results oriented.
  • Must demonstrate high level of integrity

Pay:
₹400, ₹500,000.00 per year


Experience:


  • Pharma: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
