Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Account Executive to join our team at Ubiqedge Technology Pvt Ltd.
As a Financial Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing all financial activities including invoicing, bookkeeping, preparation of financial reports, and coordination with external stakeholders such as company accountants, Chartered Accountants (CA), and Goods and Services Tax (GST) consultants.
Key Responsibilities:

Invoicing:
- Generate and issue invoices to clients accurately and on time.
- Maintain records of invoices, payments, and receivables, and follow up on outstanding payments as needed.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure the accuracy and completeness of invoicing information.
Bookkeeping:
- Maintain accurate and uptodate financial records using Zoho
- Zoho Books.
- Record financial transactions including purchases, expenses, receipts, and payments.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data.
Financial Reporting:
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports to provide insights into the company's financial performance.
- Analyze financial data and trends to identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue enhancement.
- Present financial reports to the management team and provide explanations for variances and anomalies.
Coordination with External Stakeholders:
- Collaborate with company accountants, Chartered Accountants (CA), and GST consultants to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and taxation laws.
- Provide necessary financial information and documentation for audits, tax filings, and statutory compliance.
- Communicate effectively with external stakeholders and respond to queries and requests on time.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Financial Account Executive or similar role, preferably in a technology or IoT company.
- Proficiency in Zoho
- Zoho Books accounting software is essential.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation laws.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay:
₹10, ₹20,000.00 per month
