is a leading global manufacturer of golf cars, utility and personal transportation vehicles, snowmobiles, side-by-sides, all-terrain vehicles, professional turf-care equipment, and ground support equipment.
Textron Specialized Vehicles markets products under several different brands.Its vehicles are found in environments ranging from golf courses to factories, airports to planned communities, and theme parks to hunting preserves.
Responsibilities:
Support forecasting efforts to maintain inventory targets and minimize excess and obsolete inventory.
Collaborate with supply chain, sales, and finance to develop pricing strategies to improve margins and remain competitive in the marketplace.
Develop and implement short- and long-term strategies to grow aftermarket revenue.Gain leadership alignment via the stage-gate process by building robust business cases for new product offerings in the marketplace.
Maintain a pulse on market trends, competitive offerings, and brand positioning.
Support the development of product lifecycle plans for GSE equipment.
Collaborate with content and e-commerce teams to maintain accurate marketing content and improve customer e-commerce experience.
Analyze aftermarket and customer service data to drive improvements to GSE customer experience.
Contributes to a culture of respect, dignity, and inclusion, where everyone feels heard and understood, empowered and valued.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelors degree in business administration, management, sales, or other related field required
Self-motivator that can effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Years of Experience:
3 or more years of experience required
Software Knowledge:
Microsoft Excel, SAP, Salesforce, Power BI, Qlikview
